[R-390] R-390A cap replacement from Vol 56, Issue 28

Jerry, I can't take credit for the cap list!

I just posted above it.  I'd either use Mouser, or if you were in my 
area, we have Arcade Electronics and Arlington Electronics which both 
happen to have equivalent caps on the racks.

I go there when I need relatively small numbers.  They also have GOOD 
tools there.
