[R-390] R-390A Restoration Progress (part Deux)

The RF (Line ?) filter is the culprit. Radio turns on and makes
noise. The audio pot is scratchy, need to attend to that.
I'll see if I can hear anything tomorrow.

At least there was no black smoke issuing forth !!
