[R-390] Somebody Stop Me!

I thought I was finished with this boatanchor "thing", but a '56 Motorola is callin' me all the way from 
Pennsylvania; however, it's missing some things and I'm wondering (before I go over the edge again) if I can get 
these parts.

1. Zero Adjust mechanism (pressure plate, shaft, and the threaded bushing)
2. Dial Lock mechanism.
3. Both knobs (the ones without the lines) for the above.
4. Utah cover (not as important but would like one for completeness)

I know Fair radio sells some of the above but was wondering if there is a source here for them.

Everything else looks pretty complete and is reported to have worked the last time it was used a few years ago.  
Other than the above and looking just a bit dirty on top and a slight dent in the rear panel (looks easy to 
straighten), it looks to be in good shape.
