[R-390] Passing of Barry and Wally

Tisha and the Group,

I've been trying this for 20 years!

I've YET to be successful for more than an "initial" phase.  Each and 
every one of those I've gotten started has moved on to the "Gee-Whiz 
Bang" equipment AND digital modes.

I do not know what the draw is.  I tried packet when it first came out, 
and found I had NO use for it at all.  I was already posting messages on 
a BBS, so WHY start using a radio to get in the middle.

We've lost two VERY good members of this list.  Hopefully each of us 
will find a way to fill the gap.
