[R-390] Excessive Volume

A little low if you accept the numbers from the 11-856A manual, but I would  
expect that the numbers are dependent on how you have the IF gain set, among  
other variables.  The numbers from the manual as best I can quickly read  off 
the graph are: 
10 microvolt: -2V; 
100microvolt: -4.5V; 
1000  microvolt: -7V 
10000 microvolts: -9.5V.
