[R-390] Paint Recommendation (Knobs)

That's not the answer I want to hear !! I could send the whole radio
out to get restored, but then I forgo the pleasure of doing it
myself. After all, it is not a "one-of-a-kind" item.
I guess I could experiment with different Krylon Spray Paints if I
have to.
