[R-390] r390 solid state regulator

I am in the process of building 5, r390 solid state regulator's 2 are 
sold the other 3 are available.  The unit follows the Hollow state 
newsletter #52 design.  Howard Mills and I have been testing this device 
for about 6 months with no problems.
It is a fairly simple installation it mounts in the holes provided for 
the remote R-391 connection.
