[R-390] Slide rule calculations

The issue of being inaccurate out to 12 decimal places is one caused by 
trying to economize.  We've gone from manufacturing with "padded" 
strength and safety margins, to "minimizing" material use.

Building the "early" aircraft, bridges, and MANY more object that 
continue to hold up is testament to this methodology.

The minimization we are building to today is why some of the spectacular 
failures are being seen.

Science today DOES require this level of accuracy in the "appropriate" 
places.  Our old BAs were NOT built on this level of accuracy.  Neither 
was a number of the aircraft that I still fly, such as Piper J-3s.  
Clearly overbuilt!
