[R-390] Universal Radio

 There is something very fishy about that radio. Universal notes that it
was overhauled by Rick Mish in 2008. If so, someone had messed
with it. It looks like 6 screws are missing from the front panel. Rick Mish
would never put his name on a radio that looks like that. Buyer Beware!
