[R-390] Need value of R235 from a RF deck

Is a Hampden and that is the only use I have for it, as a signal generator I 
use a 0-464/SRC synthesizer that is stable as a rock..... by the way I have 
a couple of spare 200KC crystals, if you have a need for one, let me
