I have received word that a small qty of these cabinets are available, I
have committed to buy these, this is from the same contact source as it was
11 years ago when I first found these cabinets and made them available..
Pricing will be $510.00 this will include shipping within the lower 48
using FedEx ground as well include insurance for this amount ...
I have seen various pictures of these cabinets, most are still bulk packed,
the rails, shocks and hardware kits are separately packed in those Kraft
paper and sealed foil packaging paks...
Cabinet color is from best I can tell a medium gray, it looks like ANSI-61
color to me ..
I will accept deposits for these, at $200.00 per cabinet...I expect shipping
to begin in 4-5 weeks, if in the between time of your deposit and shipping,
your circumstances change, I will refund you deposit in the same form I
receive it, personal check paypal.. bank check .. that is how I will make
refunds, if via paypal, then your full amount will be refunded .. I am
not a huge fan of paypal, but it does work for me to keep things straight
and organized, so I will welcome it ..
In times past I have observed 3 differing types or styles of shocks for
these cabinets, Lord made or provided 2 different styles and Barry seemed to
offer one style .. I cant make special efforts to pick and choose what one
style is received, it seems most times I was short anyhow, in the past
shocks were the missing and hard part to find ..
These cabinets seem to be from the 1990 era of production, the rails,
shocks and cloth hardware bag are still sealed, most cabinets are sealed,
but not all .. no price difference is given, I will ship sealed ones first
however...
Also the data plates , no preference will be offered at picking or choosing
differing s/n's
Rick Mish has offered to help stock some of these and have available for
pick-up at his location.. if that appeals to you, please let me know ..
Rick actually was the encouragement to do this, my purchase price is higher
by a factor, but the large difference is the shipping cost, both inbound
and outbound, that is a big part of the 1996-97 price I had and the price of
today ..
Something that might appeal to you, I am looking for a R-390 or R-725, I
will be happy to work toward a trade of receiver and cabinet or as the terms
work out .. but I don't need a project receiver in any form, I am not much
of technician, and even less time to learn ..
This posting and how Rick handles it will be the only offering for these
cabinets, nothing else will be announced or posted ..
I will include my paypal address as well my physical address thank you for
