[R-390] Twinax connectors? Jeebus!

What's the difference between the ebay listed connector and the -RFX
suffixed connector?
I couldn't find any difference in specs, though I may have been
looking in the wrong place.
I have one of each in each hand right now, all I see is a different
type rubber in the clamp
and a different type insulator.
