[R-390] 5749W's on eBay

Those look like the Philips 1985 run of those tubes. I have several boxes of 
these if anybody wants them. They are NOS JAN spec. I will sell them for $10 
for sleeves of 5 tubes, plus some shipping. Unfortunately, the shipping will 
probably be $3.85 for US. Sorry.

I also have several boxes of the 5750/6BE6 for $15 for sleeves of 5 tubes.
