There is an auction for 100 NOS JAN 5749W tubes for 149.00. Item 
140158983046.
I dont need all 100. I am thinking if 4 or 5 of us could get together on 
them we could get a
 good deal. The seller wants 30.52 for shipping. I have questioned that. 
The auction ends
in 23 hours. Any takers? Remember there is one disadvantage. The seller 
wants $30.00
to ship to me and then I will have to get maybe $5.60 per person to ship 
to your address.
It still adds up to around $2.00 per tube.

 I just got an answer from the seller. If we buy 1000, the price is 
$1.00 per tube. Anybody
game.
