[R-390] Cam Synchronization

Thanks to all for their input, especially Don. I understand now how to
slip the KC shaft past the endpoint, which is what I had to do to align
the 8-16. I reset the other cams and zeroed the Veeder Root counter and
all looks well. I appreciate all the help.
Now on to filling in the lettering on the panel and then install it.
Then I can align the beast. I'll save the Cosmos PTO for last (endpoint
is way off!)
