[R-390] Cam Synchronization

You DON'T.  You START with that one.. Set it to the correct spot. THEN 
adjust the rest.  If the PTO or dial readout is wrong, then fix that after 
setting the set of cams right.

I thought the manual  (or some manual) talked about that, but maybe not.
