[R-390] OT: 30V regulator?

Barry,

I have a Triplett as well, but a different model.  The 30V battery is 
tough for me to get.  So I installed 4 nine volt batteries in series. 
They last forever.  The point is that you don't have to regulate the 
power supply, if you want to build one.  It isn't that fussy.  Why 
complicate it?
