[R-390] Mate for the r-390a

All the T-368 documentation I've seen (and the GRC-26D TM) mention only
the R-390 and not the R-390A as the system receiver. I consider my pseudo
AN/GRC-26D setup incorrect, as  it's set up with T-368E and a pair of
R-390A's with the ancillary equipment and cabling insted of a pair of
R-390's...
