[R-390] Still deaf below 8 Mc

Jim,
A TM typo here. The receiver need to be in MGC not Standby.
Standby takes the B+ off a lot of IF plates. VIA the switched B+ line.
You will hear no signals from the receiver in that state.
Set the receiver to MGC and do the test again.
