[R-390] Simple Crystal Guide

There is a basic crystal guide for the R-390A, good for printing,
available at

It's simply a table of crystal freqs as selected by band,
but in a cleaner format than the manuals.

I'll try to put one together for the R-390/URR if there are any requests
