In my experience the only way to reduce/eliminate the haze is
to make sure the panel's paint is truly super-smooth and uniform.
Any speckling of the panel around the lettering will "hold" the haze.
I also had futher luck using wet cloths to clean up any haze
IMMEDIATELY afterwards, before it dires. The acrylics I had were easily cleaned up
with water, as long as I did it before it dried. Of course I am really
just smearing the haze around if there is any lack of smoothness.
