[R-390] HELP! inoperative oscilloscope

HELP!

I have a nice little B&K 1460 oscilloscope that developed a HV problem.

One of the HV capacitors in the HV supply (a voltage doubler) developed an 
internal
arc, and I have attempted to replace the HV capacitors without success in 
getting
the scope to work.

I don't have the HV equipment on hand. I already blew up a cheap multimeter
troubleshooting the HV circuit.

The new multimeter, a good one, doesn't inject enough voltage across the HV
to get them to conduct, so I'm not even sure they are good.

I'd be happy to pay shipping plus time and labor if some kind-hearted sould
would offer to look at the little beast!
