Dave,

You are right on the burr in the antenna relay.
Most likely just crud.

A good disassembly and cleaning with a no trouble found comment on the
2404 will cure the problem. 

We may ask for a good lube to use on the fiber pins in the aluminize relay 
housing block.

Any recommendations for lube after cleaning the antenna relay?
