I wonder ... Is there room for much in the cab? Say a 20U rack off to
one side? Could I get an R-390 and a transmitter of some sort, say a
TS-520S or TS-530S? Would the GPS receiver tolerate 100W or so of HF
RF? Sounds ideal for CW ops: no hurry, just watch what's happening,
push the Big Red Switch if something goes wrong, and otherwise get
some QSOs in the log. With a diesel, the QRM ought to be way down,
too, which would be nice.
