[R-390] Fluke 1900 tech manual

Hi Charles,

I sent the tech manual as a PDF file and the schematic as another PDF file. 
Both were attachments to the same email.

I am not sure what you mean by Instructions. The manual is a complete 1900a 
tech manual with text, pictures, etc.

It is not a users manual if thats what you are looking for.

The manual is large for email, more than 3 megabytes, so I was worried 
whether you would get it at all.
