[R-390] Cleaning modules

I used it for cleaning the chassis which had a lot of grime that other 
cleaners wouldn't clean up. I didn't do wire bundles, etc. The Fisher 
came without a cabinet, so the chassis is exposed with lettering for 
tubes, etc. It still took a long time to get cleaned up.
