[R-390] cleaning out R-390s

With or without your sock and undedrshorts.

Really, all these ways to clean out an R-390A, especially 409. Just spray 
it on and wash it out with the
garden hose.

I read about it, believe others have done it.; but I'D BE SCARE TO HELL AND 
back to do it with my own
sets!
