I lived in Burnaby BC (just up the road from New West) for
a few years in the 90's and I swear I met
this guy at a UBC SERF sale. At the time the X-Files was
the big-name show filming in the area and he went on and on and on
about the filming and his props and antigravity and marine salvage and...
well you saw the E-bay text, this guy was pretty much just like that in
person too.

If he's on cable TV then they've somehow toned or editied him down
to something near rationality. (I don't actually know that, I
don't have cable TV, but cable TV can't be that nonsensical, can it?)
