[R-390] Yet another yellow striper back to life

Assembled largely from cast-off modules and parts from "scrap",
I have brought yet another yellow-striper back to life.

The bottom of RF deck on this one is surprisingly good, and the bandswitch
alignment and contact quality is far superior to my other more cherry
radios that I haven't dived in and done all the contact refurbs that
this guy got.

The top of the RF deck isn't so good, and sometimes the slugs hang
up etc. but some TLC and (even better) use will take care of that.

Still remaining is the fact that AGC isn't working, but I'm pretty sure
it's the IF module because the problem follows the IF module as I swap
it between radios. Also this guy's IF deck needs a new 8kc filter (which
I'm lucky to have available) and the BFO mechanical linkage is still
squirrely (but I've got a couple of spare reactors to remedy that.)

The coax cables and wiring harness look in pretty sorry state but
they seem to work just fine. I did spend a good amount of effort rebuilding
some overheat damage near the front panel PCB.

Time this radio spent on the bench: 2 years. Yes, I got behind schedule!
Thanks to being confined to the house with some minor virus the past couple
of days, I spent major time puttering in the basement, with this and a
few other proud results (like a second HW-16, a sweet little rig).
