[R-390] WTT or buy

Hi

Having a couple of beater IF strips around is not a bad idea. They  
have a lot of neat little parts on them that are pretty tough to find.

Have you tried anything to loosen up the ones you have? Sometimes  
heat helps, other times a little oil.
