Trying to keep up-to-date, I find that by far the most difficult
questions concern rules and regulations and not the electronics.
The electronics are mostly the same, but the rules and new modes
have changed a lot since the last time I took the official tests.

To a guy who regards 40M CW as the best operating mode/band,
the details of repeater offsets on UHF bands or ATV regulations
or Satellite operating splits are something hard to keep track of.
