[R-390] Question about study guides

[Transmaster]

I have been out of touch for awhile on study manuals but lately
because of the demise of code as a testing requirement I have been
getting questions about what study guide is the best one. My Dad asked
me about this and I want to purchase him one but I want to get the
best for him.   So what say you out their, ARRL, W5YI, or another one
I don't even know about.
