[R-390] Measuring sensitivity

Roy,

Tangential Sensitivity is like astronomer's "averted vision" or like
being
more sensitive to something you see out of the corner of your eye. In
radio,
it means the set is more sensitive to something you weren't listening
for,
than for something you were.

I hope that clarifies things, if anything can be clear on Time Change
Monday.
