[R-390] HP 3400A test leads

If I recall correctly the HP3400 (10HZ-10 MHZ AC Voltmeter-10 Meg Ohm Input 
Impedance) that we received new in HP Box ONLY had the manuals.  My 1970 
Catalog says nothing about any accessories.  However, my 3400A Manual shows 
HP 10110A BNC to DUAL-BANANA JACK,  the AC Power Cord and Manual.  A very 
nice AC VOLTMETER  to have on your bench.  I have one and love it.
