My first question was the one that has already been voiced -- are you 
sure the signal is OK leaving the transmitter?  Are you listening on 
WCCO?  Unfortunately, I'm in exactly the wrong place to receive WCCO, 
so I can't check it for you.  Maybe someone else on the list can 
listen and comment.
