Hi
The whole issue of having a full set of tech manuals for both
maintenance and full blown rebuild is a big issue on the commercial
stuff. Some companies published that kind of stuff and a lot didn't.
Even the military was not quite as good as they should have been on
some test gear. The compelling argument in favor of the military
testers is that you are more likely to find both the data and the
parts to keep them running.
