[R-390] Tube esters

Hmmm, I would say that it would be his loss. Mine works great, Of course,
mine is the later c/u model. I found it very easy to work on. So easy in
fact that I wonder why someone would actually pay someone to repair one.
Tube testers in general seem to be a walk in the park to repair compared to
a 390.
