Yes. Non-editible, although there is software available which will allow 
you to edit PDFs. Personally, I see no reason to do that in this case.

Just today, I PDFed a 354 page book from an MS-Word file with 
PDF995. Worked great, although it took a few 10s of seconds to 
complete.
