[R-390] Bad Tubes???

Workin' on the bench in the Navy my CPO taught us that the only true test of a
tube was to replace it with a known good one.
Later I worked for a juke box operator and he insisted that when we refurbished
a juke box we test all the tubes.  Thank GOD they had a Hicock Card-o-matic tube
tester. I never found any bad tubes with that tester either.
