Good detail on the balance trimmer cap alignment.

The stuff is in the R390 TM. It is not in the R390/A TM.
We ask every year to get the paragraph from the R390 TM
inserted into the next printing of the R390/A TM.

Problem is that the TM was never reprinted.

I hope Bill and Becky have their R390 aligned.
