[R-390] R390A PTO?

It is a R-390 PTO.  It can be used in a R-390A but the RF connector has to
be changed as well as the power connector.  The R-390 has a regulated B+
supply so the plate and screen were fed from the same point.  The R-390A
only regulates the screen supply and so uses different B+ supplies for the
plate and screen.
