[R-390] Meters for R390A

They are tough to find. There are a few good looking replacements that you
can use but the problem is that the carrier level meter impedance is 17
ohms. Anything other than this and the darn thing won't work. I suppose you
could make a small op-amp circuit that mounted behind the meter but a
standard 1 ma movement won't work. The s meter circuit uses a bridge design
and depends on the meter's impedance.
