[R-390] Mystery Antenna

Thanks to all the answers! It may not be a mystery to you, but it sure was 
to me. Plus, I learned a lot more about aircraft navigation than I ever 
knew.

Anybody know what power those transmitters are? I wonder if the local folks 
pick it up on their Bose Wave Radios. I know my car radio reception goes 
wacky right about there. This airport is right in a combination 
industrial/residential area.
