Unfortunately, this doesn't solve the nomenclature problem, because 
both panel-mount male BNCs and cable-mount female BNCs are available 
-- female "plugs" and male "jacks" -- so, "Give me ten BNC jacks" is 
still ambiguous.

It's the 21st century -- "bisexual" is no longer a slur.  Say it loud 
and say it proud!

"Transsexual" is the modern term, also no longer a slur.
