Michael, You are correct about them being hard to contact by LL, when I 
had a problem at close to 200 sales I had a problem and emailed and got 
a call back on a toll free number. She gave me a TFN to call after that 
and said that was given out due the number of sales I had made. I called 
it later and got the third degree from a gal, like who am I, my ID, last 
4 of my SSN where did I get the TFN. She put me on hold for a few 
seconds comes back and says very nicely how may I help you??? Who 
knows.TFN is 800-717-3229. A friend of mine told me after he had over 
700 he went to pow wow in SFO and they assigned a support guy to him by 
name and number who he calls on TFN direct on normal business hours but 
is there 24/7 if needed.

I listed the tags for over 2 years with 37 different tags on one listing 
with pictures selling one tag per sale for a lot of tags. All of a 
sudden I get this email quit or you will be banned forever. Re listed 
them the following week and they ran for nearly another year with no 
problems.

GO FIGURE IT OUT. They are making money so fast.
I read somewhere recently they were making over2 million a day in just 
basic listing fees +++++ all of the other revenue streams.
  They have the only true game in town for BA's for sure.
The Fat lady sings all of the way to the bank.
