[R-390] Arbitrary eBay 'policies'

Ebay can and will pull items with complete arbitrariness. They
have automated programs that look for "hot" things and if they
don't understand what's going on or it matches some pattern
that some bad guys also happen to match, they cancel it.

I've had E-bay cancel my bids and send me nastygrams just
because I was bidding on multiple similar items at the same
time. (They were, in fact, just 807's, not exactly mortgage-
the-house items!)

A couple stories have been circulating that the
seller sold the Fowler off E-bay, and that's definitely a
no-no, but it also doesn't really match what I see so
I don't think it's true.
