No doubt that this radio has an interesting history.  However, I think 
that I'd rather send my '67EAC off to one of the skilled rebuilders here 
for a tune up and keep a load of money in the bank.  Chances are it would 
end up working better than the "Old #2" as well.  If I got really brave 
and broke the "cheap old fart New Englander" mold, I might even get a new 
tag from Hank and still have a pile, well slightly smaller pile,   ;) of 
money left over! 

Am I lamenting the fact that I don't have the $$$ to buy this or did I 
just get a bit of common sense installed.  Please don't tell the XYL... 
the shock will kill her.
