[R-390] Fowler IF

Where do I start?

The R-390As were made from US Army Signal Corps drawings.  The parts had to
comply with the specific drawings and specifications, not a certain supplier.  

The filters are Dittmore Friemtuh.  He says that in the ebay listing.
