[R-390] Possible source for isolation transformers?

Rather than looking at the price, I looked at the weight.

The cheap unit weighs about 1/2 what the tranditional same-watt-rating
Hammond/Stancor isolation transformers with a box weigh,
so it is easy to believe they're autotransformers.

The importers cannot change the law of physics too much
(although price may be different!)
