It is possible that one winding is split, but they say nothing about 
it in the listing.  It most likely has straight 1:2 windings.  Of 
course, you could use two of them, 1:2 ---> 2:1, to get an effective 1:1.

Still, there is no excuse for leaving the factory line filter in 
circuit.  If you feel you really need the filtering, use a modern 
common-mode power-input module.  Otherwise, just bypass the stock 
filter.  That's my less-than-tolerant opinion, anyway.
